Refund policy
If your report doesn't include at least 5 specific, actionable recommendations for your business, email hello@yourhu.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund the full $99. If something else is wrong with your report, tell us and we'll make it right. We review every request personally.
Terms of service
What you're buying. A one-time, written audit of your business's public online presence: your map listing data, your website's homepage, nearby competitors, and an AI assistant's answer to a local recommendation question, along with recommendations. It's delivered as a private web page you can print or save as a PDF.
Delivery. Reports are usually ready within an hour and always within 24 hours of payment. If we can't deliver within 24 hours, you may request a full refund.
No guarantees. The audit is a diagnosis and recommendations based on public information at the time of the report. We don't control search engines, map platforms, or AI assistants, and we don't guarantee rankings, calls, leads, revenue, or any other result.
Accuracy. We use automated tools and public data sources, which can occasionally be incomplete or out of date. If something in your report looks wrong, email us and we'll review it.
Use. Your report is for your business's internal use. Don't resell it.
Liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Privacy policy
What we collect. The business you select, the email address you enter, and payment confirmation details from our payment processor (we never see or store your card number). We also collect basic technical logs needed to run the site.
How we use it. To create and deliver your report, send you your report link and receipt, answer your questions, and handle refunds. We don't sell your information.
Who processes it. Our payment processor, our hosting, database and email providers, and the data and AI providers used to build the report, only as needed to provide the service.
Your choices. Email hello@yourhu.com to request a copy or deletion of your data, or to stop receiving emails from us. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out.
Report links. Your report lives at a private, hard-to-guess link. Anyone you share the link with can view it.
